This company is playing trap on the internet. They offer a free trial on the website and collect all the information from who claims the trial then order things by themselves!!
I claimed a free trial and paid $4.97 for the shipping on Oct. 2nd and get some little samples several days after. Then on OCT 13th, a $105.95 bill was charged on my credit card which I have never made that order!! So I had to pay another $5.05 to return those products including an information paper which was shipped as the supplement and also needed for the return (the paper said so), back on Oct 22nd. I received a "Return Received Notification" email on Oct 29th so that I waited for the refund. Nov 12th, 2 weeks since the confirmation email I still didn't get the refund, so I called the customer care #800-620-6914. By the way, before the return, no-matter how hard I tried to call the customer service it was always busy. They said they received the products but they cannot refund me because I didn't call them to obtain an RMA # prior to return! But there was no mention of needing an RMA # on the receipt sent with the product, just said that return to that address within 30 days for the full refund!
Now they have the product back and refuse to refund. How funny when they promised 100% refund if the customer is unsatisfied on the website!
Now I mention that I am not alone, there are many people got cheated by this company. It is not a mistake for now. I am sure what they are doing is complete fraud.

Contact your bank IMEDIATELY and cancel your credit/debit card before these scammers help themselves to more of your money. This is the only way to stop these scammers from doing more unauthorised transactions. File a notification of disputed transaction with your bank so their fraud division can investigate the charges and hopefully reverse them before they are processed.
Don't trust them to sort anything over the phone or email, they are just trying to keep you waiting in hope for a refund or resolution so they can access your account again and steal more money. -
