I paid the money. I was offered help, but:
despite the web site information (now wiped) it was a 24/7 operation, on talking to them they told me it was only office hours.
Their technician made a serious error in deleting a system item from the registry. They did not resolve the problem they had caused; luckily I was able to use System Restore to put things right.
They were unable to solve my PC problems on 2 further occasions.
As they were not providing the service they promised on their (then) web site and verbally, I tried to get my money back by talking to a person with an Asian accent (30th September), who called himself "Paul Williams". I was persistent which led to an argument at which time he slammed the phone down in temper.
I have spoken on a few occasions to Ms. Sydney Rogers, the supervisor, again with no result.
