I ordered a "free" sample for $2.95 on 9/6/13. it said to try the sample and if you didn't like it call and cancel within 10 days, which was 9/16/13. the charge never showed up on my card so i didn't think it was going to come. on 9/16/13 i received the product. i immediately called to cancel and talked to John Ortega #782. after a lengthy conversation he said they would let me take as many pills out of 1 bottle as i wanted and then send the rest back (including the empty bottle) within 30 days. deadline was 10/6/13. he gave me an RMA# to write on the package along with the address and then i would get a full refund. i sent it back with a tracking number. it was received on 10/3/13 at 12:33pm. a month went by and no refund. i called and talked to Francis and he said there was no info on my account. after going back and forth a while he then hung up on me. i called back and talked to Jedh he said i was not on a return list and they would have to investigate. i will give them 2 days and call back. he said there is a different supervisor every day. we will see what or if anything happens! what a joke!!
