4 bottles of Garcinia Cambogia Extract arrived at my office (late) previously opened by someone else. I received them months later on Dec 20, 2013.They were sent apparently Sept 25,2013 ut I never received themtil december 20.. Due to holidays I was not able to call cust serv until today. I explained I only just rec'd the order. There is no company name, address, website, or telephone number on the bottle ..i had to locate it by a small label I found inside the package which was adhesive. There is no FDA with cGMP certification on the label and Ibelive this is a scam compnay with ingredients that will hurt people. There i s no proof as to what standrad they uphold and they can write whatever they want on thier label wihtout a compnay name address or contact inof or web site. Cust service billed my RBC visa credit card for $149.96 on Sept 25, 2013 and refuse to accept the return of the product or to reverse the charge. I explained the product does not have the proper ingredients in proper proportions, has different ingredients ( potassium 50mg 1% an amount that is ineffective) + chromium 200mcg 167% to compensate for the lack of potassium + calcium carbonate 50mg 5% with no explanation as to why + gelatin and 0nly 50% hydroxycitric acid (HCA) 1,000mg also suggesting max dose is 3000mg when all sites suggest max is 2000mg. I told them about your site and the class action suit of $18M dollars p[aid out but "andrew #112474" told me there was nothng he could do. IU asked to speak to a supervisor. He told me we were going in ccircles and that the call was over and hung up. I called back to speak to a supervisor and spoke with Andrew again and told him he knew I asked for a supervisor adn yet he didnt let me speak toone. I insisited this time and he told me all 4 of them were busy and that they would call meback within 24 hours. Its Dec 8 14:30 so they should cal before this time tomorrow. I told him I recieved the product many months late. I did not notice the charge on my visa because i have had a flood and my paperwork is chaotic until i get the chnace to reorganize it and look for the actual statement. I would like to send this product back and have a refund of USD $148.96. This company is a scam , making millions, that is trying to hide thier identity excluding it on the product label and they are not providing the proper ingredients for effective use. Effective use should be 1500mg of HCL must be 100% pure @ 60% in the capsule and theirs does not indicate what % purity + potassium 150mg 4% is required for absorption . my tel (Personal Information Removed) (Personal Information Removed) Plse help me and contact me .
