I was supposedly selected for a trial offer if I completed a servey; so I completed the servey andf was given a choice of products to choose where all I had to pay was shipping. I chose the Lorelia eye cream. When it arrived there was no invoice or company info in or on the box, I used the product for a week and did not like it so I went back to my usual stuff... over a month later I recieved another package which I did not order, so I looked up the company online to see about returning the un-opened box. Not only did they charge me over $100 per jar (canadian exchange) but they wont even take back the box of un-opened product that I didnt order! Talk about a scam, they come at you saying you have been chosen for a survey and can choose a free product; then they charge you for it and send you more of their crappy product and charge you for that one too... if their product is as good as they say it is, why wont they take back un-opened boxes? I cant believe this is a legal way to sell stuff! shame on the whole system; with a bad economy to be allowed to just charge peoples credit cards for as much as they want with no one stopping them... they should be shut down!
