I clicked on an advert on Facebook offering a free sample. I paid £3.95 x 2 for postage, this was for an eye and face cream free sample.
I paid this on the 16th of April 2014. On roughly the 23rd of April 2014 I received 2 bottles that seemed to large to be free samples. Then on the 30th of April 2014 I was charged £89.85 which appeared as 'Lorelia LRBILL.com' on my statement. On the same day I was billed £86.85 which appeared on my statement as 'Alore'. Exactly one month later on the 30th of May 2014 I was billed the exact same £86.85 and £89.85 payments. I am extremely worried that these reoccurring charges will never stop. It is absolutely crippling my paycheck is there anything at all I can do to get the money back? please help!
I am in the uk and this is equivalent to £361 in total
