I researched their products, entered my details & before I committed to buy, I felt nervous so I removed every field. I did not commit to buy anything. I noticed a charge on my credit card. I really did not know what it was for. I sent emails & their response was 'Ma'am, if you did not enter your credit card numbers then how did we get your credit card details?' 100% I DID NOT commit to purchase. I didn't hit next, I didn't proceed. Total scam. They gave me a return address stating they would refund once the item was returned. That was 3 weeks ago. We have exchanged at least 15 emails. Now I can't seem to get through on the phone number. I have no crappy product & I'm out of money. Total Scam!!!!!!!!! So angry.
