This company offers a 4.95 trial of garcinia cambogia. One you have preferred the trial, they will automatically enroll you in a renewal program which is absolutely no where in the terms of agreement. Before I even received the product my account was hit for 89.99. I emailed my complaint and tried to be polite in requesting that they cancel the scam and refund my account. "Alexis" replied that they would cancel and refund half of the amount to my account which was fine, as I don't have time to deal with stupid things like this. Today I received an email stating my next shipment was being mailed and sure enough another 89.99 was billed to my account. I have sent an email demanding a full refund of both fraudulent withdrawals from my bank account. I will be contacting my bank as well along with the BBB.

Contact your bank IMEDIATELY and cancel your credit/debit card before these scammers help themselves to more of your money. This is the only way to stop these scammers from doing more unauthorised transactions. File a notification of disputed transaction with your bank so their fraud division can investigate the charges and hopefully reverse them before they are processed.
Don't trust them to sort anything over the phone or email, they are just trying to keep you waiting in hope for a refund or resolution so they can access your account again and steal more money.
