I ordered the free gift --- pay shipping and handling only. 16 days later they charged me $97.88 plus $5.99 shipping. No where was there anything stated about a 10 day trial offer. HUGE SCAM. The customer service rep stated that he would refund me $50 -- using his employee discount -- what a kind soul. I refused and have disputed the charge with my credit card company.
