Techzilla had a Cell Phone Sale page where users could sell their phones to Techzilla for a competitive market price. After I made the sale and shipped the phone out to them from their prepaid envelope, their Cell Phone Sales page mysteriously went down. I've been unable to get in touch with the Sales Department. They've been non responsive in their emails. And their Customer Service Representative keep repeating the same line that they're going to prioritize this issue and work on it. Over and over, the same lies and the same garbage. They basically scammed me out of my very expensive phone and are lying to me straight in the face. Don't do business with this company. They shouldn't be operating at all.
Update: 11/29/2013
After weeks of pushback, I finally got a resolution to this case. Techzilla had agreed to a $400 payout as of November 18th. I'm glad this case is behind me.
