Received first call on Oct 30, 2013 stating there was a warrant fixing to filed against due to a pay day loan I hadn't paid back in 2011. I explained I thought I had paid all my dues but the man named Robert Davis said I didn't but if I paid the bill today he would not file the warrant. So I paid 645.00. Then on Oct 5 2013, I received a call from a Richard Loan stating I had another complaint I hadn't paid another payday loan in the amount of 800.00 and needed to take care of it or a warrant for my arrest was going to filed. He also stated there was no record of my paying the other loan. I told him I had a receipt and gave him that information. I looked the number I was called on and it looks like this may be a scam. I'm not sure. I want to make sure this on the up and up. The number I was called from 512-861-0413.
