I live in Melbourne, Australia. Have accepted a free trial promo for Cambogia Garcinia Extract agreed to pay $2.95 for delivery and next second I look at my online statement and there is a pending charge of $172.68 (in Australian dollars). I immediately rang the USA number 8883733911 as listed on the receipt (yes I do have a printout of the receipt where it is stated total $2.95) and a consultant who said her name was Noral promised she will submit my request to the relevant department to reverse the money I asked for a confirmation and she gave GNA1107. I really need my money back as the amount they charged is unauthorised.

Contact your bank IMEDIATELY and cancel your credit/debit card before these scammers help themselves to more of your money. This is the only way to stop these scammers from doing more unauthorised transactions. File a notification of disputed transaction with your bank so their fraud division can investigate the charges and hopefully reverse them before they are processed.
Don't trust them to sort anything over the phone or email, they are just trying to keep you waiting in hope for a refund or resolution so they can access your account again and steal more money.
