ordered legal certificates on line from NL gov. Requested 3 doc prices quoted on line was $30 for first and $20 for each additional. My card was charged 3 X $70.00. Contacted credit card company and NL Gov office they could not do anything but NL Vital Stats was aware that Express Legal was intercepting orders??? Phoned Express Legal phone calls not answered.....
