International boundaries
On or about 9/15 while on the computer got a phone call that I had big trouble and they could fix it for a price of 199.99. Any future help would be free. I authorized this charge.
On or about 9/19 I got a call saying I had more trouble and they wanted more money. I hung up
My computer was really screwed up so I took it to Stapl;es where they finally fixed it it. First with a virus scan for$149 and finally for asystem restore for $129.99. They thought that ITECHLINE was a scam. I met an employee in the home office of HP and he confirmed that ITECHLINE is a well know scam.
I called them about and after much complaining they promised to refund $ 50. I do not receive even thiis.
