I think this company is a complete scam. I'm unable to install Kaspersky IS 2013, and it is failing. The technician gave me a song and dance about my computer being massively infected, and tried to convince me of this by issuing the "color c" command prompt command to turn all my files red. He said that was evidence of infection. He then issued the netstat command and said that the entries in the Foreign Address column were hackers connected maliciously to my computer stealing my passwords and credit card information. What a joke! This company is trying to use scare tactics to get money out of people to make Kaspersky work when it should work out of the box. This company is a parasite.
