[Oct 31 2013 3:01PM] : When a merchant or other member sends funds to you, they appear instantly. If you do not receive them instantly, then that individual or company has not sent them yet, despite what they have told you. You need to contact them to ask when it will be completed.
Unfortunately, none of these amounts appear to match transactions in your SolidTrust Pay account. Considering the phrase "your SolidTrustPay account n/a", it is very likely that this merchant has attempted to send funds to an incomplete or incorrect username. You must contact this merchant, and ensure that they have your correct SolidTrust Pay username on file.

I accepted and complied with the conditions.
The STP is not among those between accounts - Paypal, PerfectMoney - in which the ID.
Egopay account, deposit $ 50 and has still not been fixed.
So far I have received no reply to my messages.
