I ordered an instruction manual for a Canon A3400 IS Digital camera. The website to order this manual was very confusing and I ended up ordering 2 manuals instead of 1. There is no provision on their website for returns. I called 1-800-704-3470 and the recorded message says there is no provision to leave phone messages. I am stuck with an extra manual and out $17.51
