I gave them a paper to write, the first deadline was 29th October by 11am. The person who came on line, one Donna assured me this will be done and gave me the ID of a writer. I made the payments. A day to the first deadline, I tried contacting them they were offline. I called the US number it was speaking a foreign language and went off. I called the UK line, they kept me on hold for more than 15 mins and never took my call. I waited all night till they came online and went to the chat window asking after my order. The same Donna came online and told me it will be done in 6 hours. After 6 hours, I checked back and what I saw was totally irrelevant to the topic. The writer did not have any understanding about the topic in question despite all the downloads that I sent. I went back to their online chat to complain and the same Donna came up, once she/he saw my complaint, she sent me a message as follows "there are no operators online, drop your message". I have been trying to reach them and this is about the 8th time, anytime they see my name they send the same message and exist the chat window. I have asked for a total refund and they have refused to respond telling me in an email that they will get back to me with the paper. I want my refund because they dont understand the writing, why rip me off my hard earned money.
