I received my paper on Sunday and just by chance I cut the bottom 1/3 of the paper and googled it and THERE IS WAS! The material was plagiarized! There was 1/3 of my paper copied from an online source. That section was maybe 1,000 words and only 5 words were changed by essaycouncil.com I assume trying to make it their own..... I brought it to their attention and was told that it passed their GRAMMERLY software and they did nothing wrong. Not only did they steal someone else's work, the part of the paper they did write was unintelligible! They claim they will have to investigate further and I have not heard a word from them since I demanded my money back.
