I bought this package and didn't use it in 18 months so they started to hassle and hassle me about it so I extended it. Then I decided to use it this time before it was to late only to find out this company wanted to run a credit every single time I visit one of their resorts and that was never the agreement. So I contacted them and asked them why wasn't I enformed of this before I purchased the package and they said "oh well let us play the voice call back to you" I say "ok" and only to see how the placed their foot in their mouth and it WAS NOT ever mentioned. Then they got upset after I pointed it out to them and said oh well we are still not gonna give you a refund you should have read your contract. I told them it was not in my contract either and they HUNG UP. ATTORNEY TIME these people are crooks.
