first of all they weren't transparent about how long the process to receiving your rebate takes. they try to get you to buy it only to tell you after that it takes 10-16 weeks for you to receive the check in the mail. 10-16 weeks soon became 6 whole months. Every time I called they told me something new about the process that wasn't mentioned before, thus saying ti will take even longer to get my money. They are the worst, they truly are. I will never use them again. ever.
