I got my tax return back. ge bank has a hold on my money and wont lift it without speaking to the secondary card holder. i do not know where this person is as we have parted ways several months ago. i have explained to ge bank that i am the primary on the account and we have never filed joint taxes. I dont know how to get access to my money and i dont know where the secondary card holder is.
