Twice I ordered flowers and twice they didn't arrive on time, once a week late for which they gave me store credit (so I was forced to use them again) and the second time, I ordered flowers for my mums birthday and hospital recovery for the 8th Dec, forgot to use my store credit because there were no clear instructions as to how to do that, was told it was too late to change it, so I cancelled the order and re-bought wrh credit on the 6th October....23rd if October, they arrived. I asked for a full refund of both orders, I haven't had this, I still have a store credit! Thieves, tardy, terrible. Never again. There are tonnes of florists out there, go to one that sells and sends the flowers from one store, not a pimping service like bloomex. Unbelievably bad..
