I placed an order for sameday delivery on the 21st Oct 2013. I had emailed on 22nd, checking the status of my order as I had not received anything. There was no reply. I went to the livechat on the 23rd to ask about my order, following which a representative told me over chat that the order had not been delivered because the flowers were unavailable, but later the rep said it was delivered in the morning. I decided to cancel because they had 1. Confused me over the the delivery status updates, claiming it wasn't sent out and then later that it was. 2. They hadn't send me an email nor call me to inform that the flowers I had picked out were unavailable. 3. They sent out the substitute flowers without my authorisation. I am extremely disappointed the customer service did not even offer any form of apology, lest to say any form of compensation for the delay, stress and inconvenienced Flora2000 caused.

    We are extremely sorry for the entire incident.

    As per the information available with our outlet your order was received too late for delivery to be completed on the requested date.

    They also apologized and informed that the original product was not available in the exact form as displayed on our website. They expressed an option to substitute the product by replacing a few flowers.

    We would request you to check your mailbox for an email from us informing you about the prevailing situation and seeking your approval for substitution and an alternate delivery date.

    However a cancellation request was initiated by you over chat following which, the order was cancelled immediately. We do not want our customers to pay for something that was not delivered.

    Once again kindly accept our sincere apologies for the delay caused. As a gesture of goodwill, we have emailed you a $10 discount coupon for your future purchases with us. Please be assure you this was a one off incident and special care will be taken for future orders.
