Apparently same as everyone else...I purchased a movie, received an instant confirmation via email, and the amount was taken out of my credit card soon after. 8 days later, still no dvd so I emailed the company at the yahoo address provided on their site. I also called both numbers to make a complaint but received a "mailbox is full" message. I want my money back and want legal action taken against this fraudulent company!
