I purchased 3 dvds from this company. All 3 were not watchable, either blank spaces, freeze and not go forward or the quality was so bad you couldn't watch or understand the words being said. I returned the dvds for a refund per the instructions on the website. I have never received a refund. I have lost count of how many phone calls and emails I've sent to this company with no response. I have even emailed yahoo about this company with no response. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
