I signed up for a Free Lite account on Hightail.I tried to contact them through email and by phone to cancel the account to no avail. After the 14 day trial period was up they've started charging me for their premium services. There is no way to delete your account on the site and it is impossible to contact their support team. How can I stop these charges?
