I called smoke assist....because of a TV add for an electronic cigarette...that was to be free.
After talking to representative for a few minutes he asked for my credit care number...and I said "Why....the TV ad said that it was free.
He said it is only $9.95 for shipping only....I said okay and gave him my credit card number.
We kept talking and he said for $89.95 + $9.95 we could get two (2) months of cartridges for FREE electronic cigarette...I said that sounds okay.
He then said if you want to pay $174.90 + $9.95 for the PREMIUM package...
I SAID....STOP RIGHT THERE.... we have changed our mind....cancel our order.
He said WHY ..... you called and you originally ordered it....and I said YES....before you kept me on the phone for 20 minutes....and kept raising...and raising the price.
I kept saying NO.....NO.....NO.....CANCEL MY ORDER.
He kept arguing....I asked to speak to his supervisor.
I handed the phone to my husband....the supervisor would not talk to him because I called.
I talked to the supervisor.....and told him NO.......CANCEL MY ORDER.
He said that he would cancel the order.
That was all on 10/14/11.
On 10/18/11 there is a $99.90 charge on my bank statement.
I called Smoke Assist again.....and told them above and they said they couldn't find me in the system.
I got pretty irate and he said okay....I will reverse the charge.
I told him that if I didn't see the credit back to my account immediately that the next call that they would get would be from our attorney.

He said OH NO....you don't need to take any further action....we will reverse the charge.
He kept saying please return the item to us when you get it.....I kept saying I DIDN'T ORDER it.....whey was it shipped to me.
He just kept repeating...please return item when you receive it.

Today is 10/20/11....the charge has not yet been reversed on my bank statement.

These guys are crooks...and need to be stopped.

The only way that I can make sure that they don't hit my bank account again is to cancel my debit card....which I don't want to do because I have several automatic ACH payments that come out of my account each month.

PLEASE STOP THESE GUYS!!!!!!
