My account was charged for an order I did not place. I filed a despute with my bank and recieve a refund but later the bank took the refund back saying that they contacted the company and the company said they gave me a refund. I called the company asking where was the refund and they said it was put back into my account back in March but still the bank has no record of it. Every time I or the bank calls this company at 1-877-892-2796 we not only get the run around saying that they will send it to the corporate office but the same person seems to answer the phone. Also I aske for the corporate office phone number and they don't have it. I am a disabled person on a fixed income and I can't affort to just be giving away $109.90. I don't know what else to do to get my money back. Can you please help me. Thank you very much
