I ordered a pair of ugg boots the money was taken from my bank account on the same day yet after several threatening emails i have still not recieved the boots. I have emailed them yet again today but i feel i will have no choice but to contact my Visa card to see if they can look into obtaining a refund. I feel also that i might contact British Customs and Exise because they need to shut this company down and stop this happening. The company seems to have made quite alot of money from people so they should be shut down.
