I ordered two pairs of tall ugg boots off the site...hadnt recieved them within 2weeks and contacted their customer service link - which is a hotmail address!! as the status was coming up as delivered and heard nothing back. Contacted them again a few days later to ask for a refund and still did not recieve a reply. I then recieved a letter from customs to inform me that my boots had been siezed at the border and were to be destroyed!! i informed them the website address so they could close it down but it is still up and running! now trying to get my money back from my credit card company!!
