I requested the trial bottle of Garcinia Cambogia Extract and was told I could cancel upon 10 days of receipt with no additional charges beyond the original shipping. If I did not cancel within 10 days, they would send me a 3-month supply.
What I received was 4 bottles with a bill for $148.96. When I called customer service to cancel, well within the 10-day window, they said they could cancel my account but not the $148.96. When I requested escalation I was informed that there was no one to escalate to and the system automatically charges and could not be reversed.
This is obviously a scam and needs to be shut down immediately.
