His mother , Janet Clark helps fin d victims for his scams, then protects him from any consequences. This is an evil, unbalance man. He abuses women and hit me out side of the Court house,. Mama continues t to protect rodney so ow he's off stealing drugs and accumulating jail time.. I have many years to get my money thru the legal channels, Janet Clark and son rodney may need to be made awAer three are legal measures ,Not just the con games the mother son team continue to rob their "friends "
