We left our documents to get prepared by him as his receptionist stated that due to sooo many taxes he had to do, he wasnt able to sit and do the consultation, that if he had questions he would call. She said come back April 10, 2013, when there nobody answered the door. a man who aparently works in that same building said he was sick and was not in. understandable. we email him to wich he responded i asked for an extension come back in two weeks for the papers. went there again and nothing. no answer to calls, emails nothing. during other random visits to see if he was there we encountered other people that were there for the same reason. I sent him multiple emails and left him multiple voicemails just trying to get information as to what happened and even so where were all the documents at. up until no we have had no answer. now we are potentially facing fines from the irs because we dont even know if he in fact asked for an extension. ugh.
