On March 9,2013 I had a appointment to prepare my income tax. I went down for my appoitment and the secetary inform me that I can leave my taxes because Mr. Mefferd would not be able to do them. So I went ahead and left them there so he could work on them and she told me they would be ready on Monday March 11, 2013. I went on Monday they where not done, then he told me they would be ready by March 26, 2013. I went on March 26, 2013 still not done. He told me for sure on March 27,2013 they would be done. So I went ahead and payed him cash on March 26, 2013 got a reciept $400.00. He said come bye tomarrow They would be done. Went back March 27, 2013 - April 13, 2013 still nothing was done. he said if I want pick your tax papers go some where else. So I did and ask him for my $400.00 dollars back so I can pay someone else to work on my taxes. He did not do any service for me. He gave me a envelope with a letter saying gave $400.00 for consultation. I never had a consultation with him or sat down in his office. I always spoke to his workers that help him, and he would tell them not to open the doors or answer phone calls. He worte this letter on March 13, 2013. When I ask for my tax forms and money back for no service.
