After placing an order the site did not take me to a confirmation page. I checked my email and it was there. However, I was charged $149.99 and that is NOT what I ordered. So I called the company and the representative said he would give me a "discount" and take off $65. He said the refund would show up in my account within two days. In the meantime I decided I didn't want the product at all. I called and got a representative that told me since I accepted the discount it voided my 100% money back guarantee! I read their return policy back to her as it says nothing of the sort. After haggling with her for ONE HALF HOUR she finally gave me a RAM number. In the meantime I contacted my bank to start the process to stop payment. Still have not even seen the $65 discount credit! This company is the at the top of the pile for dishonesty. They are a scam for sure. Also, their site said they had an "A" with the Better Business Bureau but when I checked with them they list no such company! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
