I purchased products on 9/19/2013, was informed by pmd not to take due to medical problems, both products were rtn the same day back to the company. Only one of the product was credited back to my account, have made numerous phone call to the company regarding the issues, have spoken with several employees, supervisors , all states funds have been transmitted back to my account, Phones the back daily , been a member there for over 30 yrs, each day states fund not submitted, Primalite company has not been helpful in resolving this issue, not very trustworthy, have never dealt with a company like this, please assist.
