I ordered 3 boxes of T shirt which amounted to 286 T shirts and paid $721.77. However, I only receive 1 box of 144. I called the company and spoke to Sammy who advised that no one was there to receive the additional 2 boxes. No advisory was left to advise of same and we were never contacted regarding same.

Normally when an order is placed with a company all the items are delivered together so i asked them why werent all the boxes delivered together. They did not respond to that question but assured me i will receive my goods and proceeded to ask for another delivery address. I gave them my shipping broker's address because i know persons are always at the office during work hours. All i still hear if i do get through to them that they have tried to deliver but no one to receive goods.

Todate, Ocober 13, 2013, i have not received the additional two boxes. I tried calling as well as send emails and no response. If i do get through to anyone they place me on hold indeffinately and not come back to my call. I even threaten to suit them still nothing. The value of the additional 2 boxes amounted to US$396. I really would like to get my money back.
