I took an old/antique plate clock in for repair to these people in the fall of 2009. I have yet to get it back-I call frequently, stop in etc. They have an excuse for everything-they moved locations since that time so mostly say they are trying to locate it/it's at a storage facility, also had one of the co owners sick/hospitalized as an excuse.
