Fortunately I only ordered a mainsail cover. However, it took three months after ordering in June for delivery, not much needed after the season, I was informed I'd get 5% for the delay, which would not even be enough to settle my aggravation, but that has still not even been provided. The don't tell you up front that everything is made in China and they wait on bulk orders to be run before shipping, which then has to be repacked and reshipped upon receipt.
