I took a full 12 month's contract with Jump up media for 3 key phrases. When I checked on their performance, there were days that the 3 ads did not appear anywhere, and never seemed to be there in the evenings. This was despite being told that the ads would be on page 1 all the time. When I complained they denied having made those promises, and have since told me that the 3 phrases have 'become more expensive to bid on' so either I will have to change the phrases or pay them more money! Needless to say I will not be paying them any more and I think it may be time to get the legal boys in. They may also get some coverage from my contacts at the BBC - Watchdog and Matt Allright. I do hope they will surprise me and honour their contract, but my hopes are not at all high. It's starting to look like they are a bunch of charlatans. Beware!
