I've been being double billed for my account since July 2013. After numerous calls to their Customer Support Dept with no help I had to have my bank refund the last two double charges. I was hoping this would alert Xbox to fix the problem. But, I just got billed on 9/26/20l3 and again on 10/3/2013. I'm not even sure cancelling the account will rectify the problem since I don't trust Xbox at all. I enjoy watching movies via Netflix through my Xbox. I've seen articles online about a class action lawsuit for this very thing since 2011. So far, it doesn't look like any legal action has actually happened. Don't know what my options are.
