Well i knew NETFLIX was in talks to XBOX LIVE about members that can use the XBOX LIVE SILVER MEMBERSHIP so members that cannot afford gold membership can still use NETFLIX. I let my gold membership revert to silver membership (free xbox live). I turned auto renewal off for gold membership off on 11-27-14. They charged me for free service on 12-4-14. I contacted my debit card company and filed a fraud alert on the unauthorized transaction. XBOX LIVE were very rude to my bank rep and me about getting refund. I reported them to www.bbb.org as well.

bank issued refund request.
Update: 01/06/2015
on 12-15-14 a refund was credited to my debit card, but i had to report them again for foul language to bbb.org and rude calls.
