Appropriate receipt was not given with details of "free trial." Refund time frame changed during course of conversations. No account notes are found. I signed up for a "free trial" approving shipping and handling charge of $2.95. I never received a confirmation that transaction was approved and never received an email explaining anything in detail. I received the product in an empty parcel with no additional information included and the next day $149.00 was deducted from my banking account. This caused over $250.00 in overdraft fees on my bank account. My bank would not contact this company directly and advised me to. They will not resolve the overdraft fees until this company gives me my money back. I called them immediately and was told there was an issue with the emails going out and they apologized to me. They told me if I return the product they would process my refund with 3-7 business days. The next day I returned the product via USPS and it was delivered 2-3 days later. I called 2 more times to verify package had been delivered and was told my refund would be processed as soon as tracking number was confirmed. It was received on 09/24/13. I called again on 10/03/13 to determine status of refund. I was told there was no record that I had ever called and that my name wasn't even in line for processing yet. They would expedite my request but it would take 30 business days for actual refund to process. WHAT?! In the meantime, I am scrambling to make car payments and pay my bills because my account is $400.00 less than it should be and it will be at least another month before this is resolved.
