I get charges on my account that I had no idea what it was for, I call the number it showed on my account and it was for the trial GC extract that I was only to pay $2.95 for. I call and they tell me to return the product for my full refund my receipts shows they received my product on Oct 21st 2013 in November the "supervisor" tells me my full refund of $268.95 will be in my account in the next 48 hours I call on dec 6th and Jessica tells me its escalated and a supervisor will call me and now on December 19th still no call so I call them and it took 5 different times bc a woman named Asia, Rhac, Jessica, Jovina kept hanging up on me when I tried to ask her a question about how come I wasn't refunded yet. their hours say from 9am-9pm but yet right after I called for the 6th time to get a supervisor its goes straight to their message saying they are closed when its only 4pm. they have blocked my number now
