I purchased 2 items from "1centfbclicks" on 3rd Sept. One item was $47.00. The second item was $247.
The website clearly displayed a 60 day guarantee, with the wording " If you aren't happy with this product - just send us an email and you can get a full hassle free refund. 100% satisfaction guaranteed"

After receiving the products and studying them and trying to apply the information, I felt very disappointed and found the product to be far from what the advertising on the website had claimed.

So after a week of frustration I emailed click-bank to request a refund for both items on 10th Sept.

I received a prompt reply from 1centfb clicks via Clickbank offering several bonuses which I did not want.

So emailed them back requesting my refund. Since them we have been back and forth 6 times with emails with a barrage of questions from them about why I was not happy with the product and offering to try and fix the problem, but I do not want the product. I expect them to honor their refund policy and am feeling hassled by them. Please help
