My clicksure account was first restricted and now is on hold, because of an spam complaint, but did not made spam and I asked them to send me the proof of that.

It's been 2 weeks now since I asked for an proof and they tell me each day that are waiting for the vendor that made the complaint to send the evidence but they couldn't get in touch with him so far.

I don't know what to do to reactivate my account because I have a commission of $1,600.00 locked into my account and they said that could close any account for any reason and my account will remain closed until they receive the proof from the advertiser.

On any serious network if the vendor doesn't answer you in 2 weeks it means that he has no evidence to support the complaint made, or not?
