Company automatically used captured card information to access my bank funds and purchase more items without my permission. Within 30 minutes, I called 888-373-3911 to cancel 2 items and stop the $208.95 charge to my bank account. Alice answered. I asked to cancel order, stop shipment, not charge my card. She refused; she could only reduce 1 order amount by $79.50, 2 items would ship, I could return orders unopened not for full refund after they took a re-stocking fee. Said company name was Online Order, she "was not authorized" to cancel/stop order, get a supervisor, or give out company name or corporate phone number. I asked to speak with supervisor, Consumer Affairs, or their legal office and said if this could not be resolved at this level I would pursue registering a complaint against the company. I wanted more product info. Instead, link used previously entered card info to automatically charge me. Original e-mail came from SurveyProcess [email protected], for a Survey Rewards Online offer supposedly to receive $100 to Walgreens.
