I viewed their website in June 2013 -decided to go further to understand how the site worked as it stated one could become a partner to Amazon selling their products, therefore I was interested how the site worked.
This was a charge activity of 1.95. This I authorised and received a copy of this authorisation.
However they then without authorisation deducted 29.95 in August and then again in September.
when challenged they state it was in the contract on the same web page that they would do this a they were providing me with a service of having a site active. Yet I did not activate any site nor could I for health reasons I was not at home.
I received a call from their head of customer service, who was rude and well versed in telephone bullying.
Fortunately my card company are honourable and are now investigating this activity directly.
Do not trust these people they are nothing short of crooks.
