I saw from the website that Juevenue were offering a free sample of their anti-wrinkle treatment the only payment being the postage, which amounted to £1.89p as I live in the UK
I was shocked to learn from my bank statement that a payment of £65.45p was taken on the 27th September then another payment went out on the 11th October.
I have contacted this company by e-mail as there is not a phone number on their website.
I have contacted my bank who have told me they cannot put a stop on any further payments that might go out so I have been well and truely scammed.l
I am not in a position to be able to afford this amount of mon ey being a state pensioner, and should I have known that this treatment was going to cost as much money, I would not have sent for a sample.
If I do not get a refund from this company my bank is going to start fraud proceedings against Juevenue.
